Pot trench

Sluice lane across Pevensey Levels. Very floody. Edges of the road are crumbly, it is usually best to avoid the suspiciously straight edged puddles at the side of the roads. These chaps in their white van weren't so careful or lucky and ended up being towed out. Seen this one with no water in, it's around 18 inches deep. Lucky to get out without wrecking the wheels.
Not all puddles are splashy fun!
