Not the light at the end of the tunnel...but a bit of good news.

Thank you for your kind words even though you don't know what's going on! You are wonderful.

My very good friend, A, husband has had a stroke. It happened with he was sculpting ice in the alps. He was taken to the nearest hospital ( 2 hours away) and is still there.

Life gets put into perspective very quickly. I have realized how much this friend means to me and all that I would do to help out. I have known her for 12 years, it took this for me to tell her that I love her.

I feel quite ashamed.

The bit of good news is that if all go well he will be moved to a local hospital tomorrow.
