Temporarily abandoned

I started to make bread after lunch, but found out that my mother, who was in the Western for a scan, was going to get her results today. I had expected them in a week's time. So we went over to hear them, and the news is good.

I'm off to celebrate with a whisky. The bread will get made tomorrow. I've got a mixture of grains and seeds : wholemeal spelt, white, rye, and also pinhead oatmeal, and roasted sunflower seeds. The oatmeal gives it a lovely texture.
