Take a fairly average photo... OK very average.

Photoshop it to... well you know what.

and I end up with...

Something I rather like.

This technique seems to be a bit fashionable at the moment. It took a while to work out how to do it. Selective focus.

BTW, I was trying to get a decent image of a cruise ship heading down the river. It is there if you look carefully.
