Address Book

I've had this book since 1992. I need a new one. Pages are falling out. The cover has come off (I use a rubber band to keep it all together). I've stuck sticky notes and corners of envelopes I've ripped off in this book. It also holds my passwords and user names. My hubby also uses it.
I'm putting it off. Maybe just a few more years?
