Smile

I love fresh flowers, couldn't see any locally so filled the vase with fruit instead. Bright colours make me smile, and so do the coasters that sit beside the vase, a gift from a friend and I get to read them every morning when I open the curtains.

Had a great day, nothing amazing but I felt happy all day! Went for a quick walk first thing with a friend and the dog, we watched a seal playing about in the Clyde, took our mind off the cold! Was a lovely sunny day and I spent most of it indoors decluttering ( very therapeutic) and singing! Work for a few hours but that too was fun, Chinese nibbles with the kids and fun stuff.

I think fresh air, sunshine and decluttering is good for the soul!
