Domino effect

At last a decent day for a long walk, calm, dry and cool 6C. We went to check on the Snowdrops which are very prolific just up river from the village.There are masses in quite tight bud but will have a more dramatic effect when these start to open in a week or so. There was evidence of recent storm damage with a number of trees either fallen or losing branches. Quite an opportunity for folk with wood burners at home.
