In other news, the head of drama commissioning sat next to me this afternoon (a session describing the difference in writing practices in UK v US). I was very good and didn't say anything as I know had I opened my mouth I would have started talking about something like cod fishing in Greenland, or just making incoherent noises. Silence, in these situations, compulsory as well as golden.
