Hot coffee soothes the soul...

After a particularly boring day at work we went to Daniel's Bistro for dinner and went to see a preview of the film 9 at Ocean Terminal.

Daniel's Bistro was lovely. Absolutely dead as you'd expect on a Wednesday night but the food was very good. You can't really go wrong with bread and butter pudding made from croissants....

The film was very dark, post apocalyptic and Tim Burton. I really loved it and it had a lot of layers to it that I'm sure I'd appreciate more on a repeat viewing. Had to google some of the voice actors halfway through on my phone though (subtly...). First time I've genuinely made use of my HTC Hero's 'internet anywhere' abilities.

Went for a walk around the water afterwards where photos were taken of boats and reflections and such and happy faces were made at the results. Easily pleased is that boy... :)
