Brightening up the evening

An art installation in Edinburgh University's Old College Quadrangle by the artist Xia Nan. Made for the Beijing Olympics in 2008, they are on display here until 7 February. The 'lanterns' were inspired by the terracotta army unearthed in the tomb of Emperor Qin Shi Huang in 1974.

No doubt there will be many blips of this posted already and this guy's might be one of them. He certainly has all the right equipment. You can view some of my efforts here. I have no idea where you can find his.
