Looking for Birds

Saw a lonesome pine cone hanging...
The tree was so bare...
I wanted to wait around for just one bird to come around...

Maybe the bird knows the earth is frozen outside...
Perhaps it just knows that there isn't anything to eat.

I wanted to wait ~
But, I was in between rehearsals and could not wait for the bird... :-(
