Friendship...........

This is my very good friend M, who worked in Malawi for about 15 years and who is now undergoing Chemo and radiotherapy. She is an amazing person who is so positive about the future. This evening I went out with M and another friend for a meal - we had a hilarious time although M had to be back at the hospital for the curfew of 10pm!!

Had a busy day - did a video shoot this morning for the Mission society that I work for, met another friend for lunch. Too much food - am looking forward to getting back to eat less.....
