Sucrose, fructose and glucose

Chocolate is a mixture of organic compounds all with different chemical formulas but primarily sucrose, fructose and glucose. Fructose and glucose are isomers, with the same general formula but different structural formula. However sucrose is different with a general formula of C12H22O11. In my mug of hot chocolate there were also some H2O molecules.
Revising for my chemistry prelim tomorrow.
