Surprise gift!

When I got home from work yesterday Mr U&L produced a package from behind his back and gave it to me. Now when I say 'package' I am being generous, as it was really a scrappy piece of old newspaper wrapped round something solid.
Not sure what to think I carefully unwrapped it, and inside was this beautiful amethyst glass perfume bottle, complete with stopper!
I was a bit taken aback and very pleased as I have a collection of this sort of thing, and this compliments what I already have magnificently!
Although Mr U&L ruined it a little when he told me it had "Only cost him £3.50 in the charity shop!"
He never learns...and anyway beautiful things are always priceless!
