Today was a half day at work as I had to use up one last half day of annual leave before the end of the leave year on Friday.

I had to take the car in to get its washer pipes cleared today, so dropped it off in Portobello, then walked to SAH for work, and then back again this afternoon to collect it.

After last night's run and then 5 1/2 miles walking today, my thighs were definitely aware of the increase in exercise!
