Meet Fleur

We decided quite quickly, after losing Blue at Christmas, to re home a rescue cat. Tonight we picked up Fleur, a 6 year old black short hair female, who had been found straying in Walsall.

We have been given comprehensive instructions on her care. On arriving home we were told to leave her in one room, along with the litter tray and food, not to allow her to roam the house but to get her used to one room at a time. Fleur is very inquisitive and had soon checked out the kitchen table and most of the work surfaces and window sill. We grabbed some dinner, leaving her alone in the kitchen. When we went back in the cat could not be found! We looked around, staring at the cat flap, which was firmly locked. Finally we looked up to be met by these two eyes!
