Albufeira

After a few days of my mates stag doo switching from albufeira to barcalona we are now going to albufeira. I really happy we are going there as I've been twice before and I like the place. I'm also going to get me a string vest like the one a bloke was wearing on benefit street the other night, (pic).

Tonight's run was 7.09km in 41mins 3seconds. That's back to back 7km under 42 seconds. Wednesdays run is always the hardest and it doesn't help when its freezing cold, windy and raining.

It was that cold running tonight I think my nipples were erect and my wet top rubbed my nipples and now they are red raw. It's also very painful having a hot shower
