Chugger* in the Rain

I don't know about you, but I feel faintly irritated when approached in the street by these Charity Muggers (*Chuggers).
I appreciate the need for their Charities to raise funds, but the Chuggers, as I understand it, work on a commission basis- let's hope I'm wrong.

Anyway, despite quite heavy rain, this chap seemed happy enough to get soaked through while chatting to his captor - I stalked them for ages without either noticing.

Just shows the power of a (very) pretty face!
