Not OCD

Ah well I don't have OCD not unless it gets to my log pile can't be doing with it being untidy. (Think I get that from my Dad) That should be enough to see the rest of the winter. They say a wood burner warms you up 4 times cutting the tree down then chopping the logs, stacking them and finally burning them.

My grandad was often seen walking around Windermere with an axe and wheelbarrow after a storm collecting wood. I remember once he had a chimney fire it was coming out of the pot like a Roman candle when we got there the fire brigade had arrived and were well on the way to getting it put out. When Gran asked what could of caused it he just turned to my Grandad it was the woods fault.... It was probably hot before it got on the fire!

It was always a coal fire after that.
