Rainbow

The sun is just setting and there are some very suspicious looking clouds in the sky, but also a rainbow! Another long day today, with a couple of team meetings first thing and then theatre for the rest of the day. First patient needed 3 ligaments in her knee repairing (replacing with grafts), so very big job!! Early mornings are getting less easy sadly, so maybe an early night tonight.
