Packed Lunch

Making rice salad at 10pm, determined to avoid 'garage sandwiches'. I took a 2 hour lunch today to catch up with friends from work, one of whom is not around so much these days. We had a delicious lunch at the relocated Red Poppy in Strathpeffer. I spent most of the afternoon having coffee, work chat and everything-else chat with another visiting colleague I don't see much of. Some may say skiving, though I don't agree! A fine day at the office though.
