This - Plant?

Kind of a plant - I use a potato for prints and somehow there is always a half left which gets plopped in an empty tuna can - and it grows - until the water in the potato is pulled out - and then it dies - but I get to enjoy it for months with no watering required! In my studio with all the piles of collected this and that.
