Long day on the road

It was a long day on the road today, although the scenery was breath-taking. Felt like we were on a never ending road of mountain switchbacks. However, this little treat on the way was a welcome and delicious refreshment. Avocado 'juice', with a pinch of sugar and a dash of lime juice. Yum!
