Late train home after a visit to the Filmhouse to see "August: Osage County" which is apparently "dark, hilarious, and deeply touching." Well it was certainly dark. The central message appears to be : if your parents are a mess, you're doomed. Every single character ends up either emotionally devastated or dead. Clearly a "good film" but not one I'll be watching again!
