What a drip!

Out to trivia tonight, and a busy day at work, so all I have to show for today is a zucchini from the vegie garden.

It's incredible actually, how much moisture pours out the top of a zucchini when you cut it. The water dripped all down the hallway and continue to rapidly ooze whilst I took this quick blip. The other night I made zucchini fritters and the recipe said to salt the grated zucchini to draw out the moisture before cooking. Quite right. There is a huge difference in the moisture content from a home grown to a shop bought zucchini. Me thinks they're not so fresh.
