Pained expression

If my expression looks a bit pained it was because my left calf had just started to seize partway round tonight's run on Beacon Fell, I must be getting sensible in my old age because I started walking straight away and returned to the car abandoning the rest of my run. I want to run tomorrow because it is the next round of the street orienteering.

By the way it was raining and that isn't sweat!
