My long weekend in Devon was at the invitation of my two chums, Emma and Pete, who got married on Saturday.

I am hard pushed to think of a more suited couple. Both are wonderfully, intelligently, bohemian in their own ways and I am quite delighted that they met and married.

It was an honour and a thrill to witness and shed a tear of joy at their wedding....and to do some colouring-in at the dining table!
