Spanish Style Chicken

My mum came down today to stay for a couple of days. After a leisurely afternoon round the house, when my sis joined us for an hour, we just stayed in on the evening chatting over a home cooked meal and bottle of red wine which went down well. The sofa was much admired and colour schemes discussed. It's nice to have someone to bounce ideas off. :-)
