Across the fen

A good physio is worth their weight in gold.

Up early but slept soundly, the day bright and cold. I did all my stretches and had a cup of tea. Then off to Cambridge for a little climbing action and then onto Mark, huge fella, who was going to sort out my silly back!

Did I say back? Turns out it was all in my backside! As tight as you could get..,painful but now feeling euphoric as I can move around again!

Back home and lunch out with my most beautiful lady....

It's turning into a lovely day!
