New Vacuum Cleaner......

Decided to buy a new one, as my old vacuum was getting very noisy, and bits were falling off it.

So Alexandra and me went to a local store, one we've been to many times before.

We asked if they could do a better deal, the answer was yes, they took $52 and said there was an extra years free warranty.

We take it home, put it together, test it. Everything is fine.

Then Alexandra looked it up on-line and it was a lot cheaper. She rang the shop, they said go back and get a refund of the difference.

We then noticed we had been charged for the extra years warranty, instead of it being free.

So when we got there, we got both things refunded.

We were not happy, as we had been lied to about the price of the vacuum and the warranty.

Alexandra is ringing the Managing Director tomorrow to complain.
