In The Passenger Seat
When The Bossess is away, this is where I like to stay with my “M” sized harness on and the window open.
The Boss was in a tidy up mode today so we rode around town visiting some of the hot spots like The Dump, The Recycling Centre, where a lovely lady wanted to recycle ME to her but settled for what we had brought, and The Hospice Shop, which is a new enterprise for our town as a starter project for a Hospice to become part of the Hospital project which is part of our new Medical Centre. All very exciting for the older dogs in town. The Boss was keen to get one of those “wind in my hair” shots but really needed another camera operator or another driver and even another vehicle and a lot of space so don’t hold your breath on this.
Hey…Thank you for your enthusiasm on yesterday’s Trail Tale. It is always very exciting when this happens. Big Woofs to all of you. Oh and a dozen licks where I can reach.
The Wanaka recycling operation is truly amazing and called “Wanaka Waste Busters” We are all terribly proud of this operation and were delighted to discover acyclinggranny was one of the many volunteers slaving away in the background. She heard The Boss barking and popped out to say hullo to me. Errr… Maybe that was the other way round but I was distracted by the shop lady giving me chin rubs and other delights. The Boss’s battery razor went flat this morning so no one was going to give him anything.
Curls. Lots of em
