I slept so well and spokerefreshed. Just as well as it was a day of bits and pieces and ups and downs interspersed with a trip to the West End.

The best bit was the ballet. A stupendous performance at the Royal Opera House. Beautiful costumes, lightness of being and those thighs!

Of course E and I weren't IN the ROH, Covent Garden. We were in the back row of Screen 2 of the Cameo. No blip of the amazing dancers, Russian and Cuban, but of the House in the interval. The funny bit was the audience at the end of the interval photographing Darcey Bussell on their i phones as she interviewed the director, live.
