A mechanic's daughter, I had my first driving lesson on my 17th birthday, and passed my test soon after. Dad had restored a 912 Porsche, which proved impossible to get me on the insurance for, so dad got me an A35. From memory she was a 1955 model, and I loved her. This is a model , in the same spruce green , as mine was which takes pride of place on our side board.
