Today I was consulting for City and Guilds on licensing law assessments.

The office is on Giltspur St and the route from the tube takes you through the main archway in Smithfield market.

I love walking through here. By the the time I get there it's pretty quiet save for a few deliveries going out but you still get the whiff of meat, bone and bleach x
