Birthday Lass

Here she is, AnnW celebrating her birthday (again) with lunch at the White Swan in Pickering. After last night's gourmet feast and a lovely leisurely hotel breakfast this morning, we came back to Pickering, picked up Jasper and had a wander around town.

Shortly after this lunch the rest of the day's excitement came in the form of our friends Mo and Phil arriving to move into their new home, just a stone's throw away from us. We 'helped' them move in by taking their dog Archie off their hands for a long walk this afternoon. Seemed more fun than actually moving boxes and furniture around.

Then we had the old friends / new neighbours round for dinner and popped open another couple of bottles of fizz. I think Ann enjoyed the birthday...
