Back On Track
Got a bit piggy over the weekend, and didn't go to the gym yesterday due to all sorts of owwies, so today I absolutely crushed it on the treadmill (50 mins, 7.41k, tons of calories burnt) and had a delicious and fairly healthy dinner of meatballs and mushrooms with pappardelle. I love fresh pasta, it's my new favourite thing.
In other news, I've just about come down from my chatting with Rob Paulsen high :P
