Teeny tiny flowers

I've no idea what it's called but this plant produces beautiful teeny tiny flowers each no bigger than 10mm in diameter.

This evening was filled with deep sadness at the news that a neighbour has passed away suddenly. A retired Meteorologist and a very quiet gently spoken man who did much in the local community was found collapsed outside of his home. We'll miss his cheery waves and the local community will miss his many contributions. My thoughts are with his family and close friends.
