The view from the pew...

Due to weather, I didn't make it to the island today, so I worshipped at the church 100 yards from my house. My retired colleague was down to celebrate and preach, and he did. And I sat in a pew as a civilian, for the first time in ages. Always a useful thing to do. I didn't spot a million things that we think about in worship, and I got all sorts of impressions from the sense and feel of the worship. Much to reflect upon, and much of it very good indeed! (And the new heating is brill!)
