The Chapel, Emmanuel College, Cambridge.
Emmanuel College was founded in 1584 and built on the site of a Dominican Priory. The most striking and attractive building is the Chapel, built in 1677 and designed by Sir Christopher Wren. It replaced the old Puritan Chapel, which then became the college library. I often go into this lovely college, which is in the city centre, and as it was again a dull day and I was nearby after lunching with a friend, it seemed an ideal place for today's journal entry.
