This quote for me thinking about a person at work who's been rather grumpy towards me for the last week or so. I was about ready to just give up… But, we've been kind of friends for a while so I think I'd just keep being friendly and say hello and how are you for a while longer before giving up. Tomorrow I'll just give this person a big smile and see were it leads. :)

Another crazy day at work… I was the only volunteer for a while in a room full of people who wanted help. But, instead of stressing out about this I just sat down with one and kept helping him for a while before moving on to the next person. I'm rather proud of myself!! :)

But since there were so many people at work today the noise level was really high and hence I have a headache again… Nothing a cup of tea, a painkiller and some Kurdish can't cure.. :) Yes, I have borrowed a book, or two actually, about the Kurdish language… And a book about authenticity for my paper, but that will have to wait for now…My trip to the university library was rather crazy too and included a lot of running up and down stairs, being on the wrong floor several times and having too much clothes on for running around indoors… The absolute worst was when I had ran up two stairs, a bit stressed out because my time to be at work was closing in and then to much clothes on, so when I got upstair I was breathing heavily… and the floor was really quiet so I imagine that my breathing could be heard all over this floor and in every little corner… so I tried to breath quietly… and to try to breath quietly when you've just sprinted up two (long) stairs and really just want to suck the air down your lungs as much as possible… not a good thing… :D
