Waste not, want not

my very spindly cauliflower needed a lot of boiling time till it was cooked through - in the meantime, i had put some bifteki in tomato sauce to cook in the woodfire oven

i'm heating everything through right now altogether - the bifteki is sitting on top of the boiled cauliflower, taking on its smoky flavour
