Lonely Tree

This is one of my favourite trees locally but it's not easy to photograph because it sits close to the riverbank and I'd have to stand in the middle of the Tyne to get the photo which I really want. This is taken on the bridge over the Tyne with quite a bit of the forground cropped. The sky was tricky to expose for due to the contrast from the foreground and background.

It actually stayed dry for most of the day today - amazing! Hope your week has got off to a good start!
