Chicken Chasseur

A slight variation on mums recipe (have you tried it with a bit of tomato paste mum? It's really good!). I took the opportunity since I was cooking for myself to load up the onion and garlic and of course used a dash of sherry. However I came home to find my leftovers I'd planned for tomorrow had been eaten by someone who apparently doesn't partake of any of those things...
