Once upon a time

Steam trains used to thunder across the wincolmlee bridge, enveloping the pagoda shaped control cabin in smoke and steam.
Now the only things crossing the bridge are pedestrians and cyclists.
It's still manned and operational, swinging open to allow river traffic to pass underneath.
