What to do on a cold winters day?

When it's cold and wet outside, what else is there to do but to head to the local swimming pool. At least then we had a reason to be cold and wet!
Cosimo has just learned how to, well not swim exactly, but how to not drown without floaties. I'm Aussie so I'm encouraging the family to organise swimming lessons. I'd teach him myself gladly but Cosimo won't learn anything under his own steam. In a group class he'd happily learn as he'd yearn for the praise of the teachers and the fun of classmates.
