Early Buds.

On our soggy walk today, while Gloria was sniffing at some foliage, I spotted these beautiful early buds. I hope we don't lose them to frost anytime soon. They brightened up a wet and windy day!

Now the power has gone out and we are not sure when it is going to come back on again! Luckily Gloria doesn't seem too fussed and is fast asleep!

Note: When the power went out last night it was for nearly four and a half hours just as I was editing my Blip on my phone. Then I ran out of data and there was no wifi and then my phone battery died....! What a vagary! So my blip spent all of last night in the upload queue and even when the power came back on has refused to upload that is until I tried a new upload. So a long explanation later, here is it!
