Quiche

I make quiche a couple of times a month... it's the perfect way to use up wilting vegetables AND it's sort of like having dessert for dinner, since it includes a super yummy crust.

It's kind of hard to take a self-bowl portrait... though I do like how it's dark wood floor behind my legs and checkered kitchen linoleum behind my arms.
