Clouds Got In My Way

I've looked at clouds on my way to work but today they got in the way of me getting an early start! The views along my route don't get much better than when the cloud comes down really low in the Eden Valley. They were in a drift this morning against a backdrop of the Pennines.

The building on the left is called Spire House. It is reported that in years gone by the tennant was one of those people who was always saying "You don't have to go to church to be a Christian!" So while he was away the landlord built a spire on the house.

BTW I was amazed to see as I went through the garden this morning that my spring bulbs are coming up already!
