Sunset Beach Low Tide and Fog

After church today, we drove out to Sunset Beach again. Another beautiful day. It was very different today. A very low tide with the fog beginning to roll in. I thought it would be interesting to compare today with last Sunday, the 19th. These were taken about the same time. Always interesting to notice the different times of the tides. High last week and low this week. You can see how far out you could walk even at high tide. It has a very gentle slope so it's great for the kids. As a kid I used to love to play in the water. I could stay for a long time. Now I step into the water and immediately go back and put my shoes back on. It really is very cold water. Just a very nice relaxing day today.
