Not Much Left!

Today we had a bring and share lunch after our service today. Two tables groaning under main course cooked in five slow cookers. There was beef stew in red wine, chilli con carny, vegetable stew, chicken curry. There was rice, jacket potatoes, salad, cold slaw, salad, scotch eggs, quoin lasagne, cocktail sausages.

The other table had some many deserts that even I did not try them all! So I had a very tart with cherries and a thin slice lemon and lime mousse.

34 came the service and 27 stayed for lunch. Just a pity I forgot to take any picture other than a near empty slow cooker containing a vegetable stew.
